Cool concept specialist cafe with a wide selection of coffee beans to choose from. Roast profile wasn't quite in my preference but still good. The serving size of their scone was also rather small. Their service was also exceptional and their provided English explanations for the profile and origin of their beans.

One of the best coffee shop in Tokyo. Bit far from the city. 5 mins walk from Shimokitazawa station. Highly recommend to come in weekend since on the way walking here there is a weekend flea market. Hot flat white and scone with rum raisin cream is now my top favorites combination. Not so crowded on Saturday after lunch time.

They are extremely professional and passionate about coffee. You can choose from over 40 different varieties of coffee to have with any drink, which is incredible! They grind everything in a back room away from customers then invite you to watch your drinks get poured. To be honest, the vibe was unintentionally a bit too pretentious for my taste, but it was a fun place to experience. The coffee was quite mild and wish there was more flavor. The experience itself is worth a visit though. Note there are only a few tables and very popular. We were lucky to arrive at the right time to land a table.
