Rosa Salva - San Marco

The room is super clean, and huge. I love the hotel with a fridge, with the bottle water, yoghurt and juice are all provided free! Not to mention the coffee and tea provided in the room. The location is great! Only a few minutes to the pier - Railto. Only cross one little bridge, the road is easy to walk. Good restaurants all around.

An easy walk from Piazza San Marco, with only one canal bridge to get over. Very comfy room. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Can recommend this hotel.Beautiful patisserie right next door.

They are so sweet and warm ( the employees). The food and coffee is amazing. I had the best doughnut of my life it was so fluffy and had an apricot jam unfortunately there was only one and I couldn't buy a second one. The croissants were delicious, both fluffy and flaky and airy. Or as my boyfriend said "wow" he got the pistachio croissant. The sandwich and other various pastries we got hit the spot and such great prices. We kept coming back instead of trying new places cause we liked it so much.

Very unfriendly staff. Just mean and rude. My mom purchased some drinks, tried to use the restroom, and one of the woman shouted at her that she couldn’t use the restroom because my mom only purchased drinks. Don’t give them service. One of the places next door had very friendly staff and delicious pastries.

This review is for the pasticceria, not the hotel. We actually had a really decent and easy LUNCH here. From the photos, we had no idea that they served lunch, and we're glad they did! After heavy Italian food for several days, we just wanted a light, filling, and quick healthful meal. Wish I took some photos to show the food bar. They had lots of pasta and vegetable salads, various meat options as well, and some warm vegetables options... you get to build your own bowl. I'd visit again and recommend it for anyone wanting to get a quick bite and reprieve between sights! Best part is getting one of their fantastic desserts for after.
