Starbucks Reserve

The Gardens Starbucks is THE WORST that i have gone to. The staff Kuben and 1 malay gurls were not friendly and not accommodating at all. I was sitting outside ( railing area), and at 9.30pm, the malay staff gurl shoo-ing me off saying this area was closed. And when i questioned her back,' Bukan 10pm tutup ka', and she said this section is closed. Never even bothered to assist me inside or anything. I felt she just wanted me gone. As for Kuben, the staff who made my coffee he is not friendly and accommodates my simple request . My request was to make my 2nd drink later so that it would not be cold when i finished consuming my 1st drink. The reply i got was ' Cannot, have to make both drinks together same time and now ' after payment is made. There is no SOP in that matter. it is just a matter of preference for the customer to consume HOT drinks when it's HOT and its rather commonsense in doing so. There was no other customer, and it was not bz at all. I dont see why other outlets can do so and not this starbukcs.
