Tea shop / tea room

It is not a coincidence - I was there with a friend of mine and had the same experience. We had to ask 3 times (!) for 2 separate bags of tea, we were shamed for not wanting a larger amount of tea we never tried before and not wanting a "label sticker" and our questions were met with sarcastic giggling. The only "personal" complaint I have is that a German customer was treated differently than us. I hope that explains the two stars.

Incredible stylish cool place, great quality tea, cutest pots and tea sets, bio coffee beans and home made chocolate, the kind of place that you do not want to leave!

my experience of visiting the store was negative. the tea that I was offered a choice did not inspire me with confidence in its originality. most likely my comment will be answered that I do not understand tea, if this happens, then my suspicions will be confirmed. but in any case, it's better than tea bags in a regular grocery store. everyone has their own taste and experience.

I moved to Berlin one week ago and finding high quality loose leaf tea was very important for me to feel at home again. I was overjoyed to find this shop had my absolute favorite- milk oolong tea. I will definitely be back to expand my black, green, and oolong tea collection. Service was fast, courteous and helpful. Prices vary depending on which tea, but I thought they were fair.
