The quality has gone down. Limited drink options and almost next to nothing food options Being a franchise, this outlet has ample space but the vibe is no longer there. As for service, now a waiter comes and tells you your order is ready and you'll have to go and pick it for yourself. I don't understand the logic here. Doesn't make sense at all. Why can't he just bring it when he's coming to tell me it's ready. It's the same in the other 2 outlets too (Maitland Crescent one and Liberty Plaza one) A lot of improvement is needed if CBTL needs to bring back the vibe it had earlier because there are a lot of other chic coffee shops in town.
