The restaurant is set in a well preserved over 100-year-old house with a timeless ambiance, capturing the essence of old Hanoi. It effortlessly blends an “east meets west” vibe, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The cuisine was terrific, each dish was with rich, fresh and balanced flavors. A small suggestion: adding a soup or broth to the set menu would make it feel even closer to the traditional Vietnamese dining experience. A huge thank you to chi Phuong and her kids, Duc, Minh, Tu, Dzung, Bao, for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and hospitality added such a special touch to the evening. Your work is spot on! All in all, this spot is a true Hanoi gem!
Translated:
Impressed by the yellow wall and green tiled floor, the restaurant's traditional, colorless flowers, the first morning I walked by I stopped by and the second time in a few evenings I tried the rice set (vegetarian included), and got points. The only exception is that the rice pot is a bit crumbly and doesn't suit me very well. Otherwise, Pho Vit is definitely as delicious as any traditional beef pho restaurant in Hanoi The most special thing is that the way of self-questioning is a bit clumsy but makes Kh clearly feel the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of Nhat Minh staff. When Mr. Tu and Duc asked you to comment on the types of craft beer, you brought out all the types in the cabinet to choose from
