The Loop Boutique Hotel & Cafe

I tried the cafe here and this place is definitely worth checking out when you come to Dalat The design of this building is very modern & unique just like an art building and it's super instagramable. The upside is not only how it looks, but also the quality of the service and drinks are great as well. Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk here is 35K and it was great. Wifi is also good enough with 20Mbps+ for upload and download. The view is also fantastic. This is one of the best place to visit on a sunny blue sky day in Dalat

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at The loop, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Not only did they provide subpar service throughout my stay, but they also failed to address a significant issue involving a lost necklace. Upon check-in, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism one would expect from a reputable hotel. The room itself was not properly cleaned, and the amenities were in poor condition. It was evident that the hotel management was neglecting their responsibilities. The most distressing part of my stay, however, was the loss of my precious necklace. I had accidentally left it in the room, and when I realized my mistake and contacted the hotel, they showed a complete lack of concern. Despite multiple support asking to resolve the issue, the staff was unresponsive. I understand that accidents happen, but it is the way a hotel handles such situations that truly reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff at The Loop demonstrated a complete disregard for my predicament and offered no assistance or compensation for the lost item. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility for their actions were utterly disappointing. As a customer, I expected the hotel to take immediate action to locate and return my necklace. However, the lack of empathy and willingness to resolve the problem left a lasting negative impression. It is disheartening to see a hotel prioritize their own convenience over the satisfaction and well-being of their guests. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at The loop. The poor service, lack of professionalism, and failure to address issues adequately make it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. There are surely better options available in the area that value their guests and strive to provide a positive experience. I sincerely hope that the management of The Loop takes this review as constructive feedback and works towards improving their customer service and handling of such situations in the future.

This Hotel got quite a view as the start, there's the cafeteria where you can take the meal if you don't feeling trying foods and drinks somewhere else. The decoration is like its name taken the loop as the main theme, so expect the spiral decorations. And yes, camping area where you can enjoy with friends and take make our own grills and build your own campfire.
