via GoogleCafé Aouba is tucked away behind a plethora of fruit and vegetable stands. A Portuguese butcher founded the coffee shop in 1938, although it has since changed hands. The coffee beans are roasted in-house using a vintage roaster. We were lucky to have visited during one of its coffee roasting sessions and were welcomed to see the process. I enjoyed a cup of espresso made with their house blend of Colombia and Brazil Arabica coffee beans.

via GoogleThis place was amazing! I got a coffee and my son got a hot chocolate, and the owner decorated it with cream and even gave him a free pastry. This place was amazing. 5 stars!

via GoogleI come here for the coffee beans and the espresso at the counter. This place looks like it's been part of the culture of this area for decades. Excellent espresso and a variety of beans. The market nearby has the other excellent coffee shop in the area with more of the newer style roasts. Also excellent, but don't get them mixed up, they offer different styles and are both worthwhile.

via GoogleMy favorite spot in whole Paris! Run by the loveliest people, serving delicious high quality coffee. It’s worth mentioning that they also offer decaf coffee, since not so many specialty coffee places do. I really recommend grabbing a cup of coffee if you’re around!
