Tuah Cafe Eco Majestic

Slow Service, Lackluster Flavors (not recommended) Tuah Cafe has been my favorite restaurant for about a year now, and I used to visit it at least once a month. However, my recent experience has left me greatly disappointed. I visited the restaurant yesterday for iftar, following the instructions to book and settle the deposit payment and menu by 3 pm. I arrived at 7:05 pm, only to face a series of disappointments. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow. Despite ordering well in advance and following all the guidelines, we had to wait for more than 10 minutes just for our first meal, which was the Spaghetti Salted Egg Squid. Even after that, the drinks hadn't arrived by the time iftar started at 7:23 pm, and outside drinks were not allowed. This lack of coordination and delay in service was unacceptable. When the food finally started arriving, it didn't meet our expectations. The Spaghetti Salted Egg Squid looked nothing like the pictures on their Instagram and tasted bland and dry. The only saving grace was the squid itself. The Butter Chicken, however, was a disaster. The rice was hard and dry, the chicken wasn't tender, and the butter sauce lacked flavor. It was easily the worst dish I've ever had at Tuah Cafe. Even the dessert, the Split Banana, was a letdown. The bananas used were small, and it didn't even resemble a proper banana split. The only dish that lived up to expectations was the Crazy Nacho, despite its high price. It was flavorful and well-prepared. What added to the disappointment was seeing many people around me also not finishing their food, especially the chicken dishes. It indicates that there might be consistent issues with the taste and quality of the food. Furthermore, the staff's service was subpar. They need more training to handle busy periods efficiently and ensure timely service. Overall, I'm deeply disappointed with my experience this time. As a loyal customer, I can no longer recommend Tuah Cafe to others, considering the high prices and the disappointing quality of the food and service.

Those foods well deserved 5 stars solid. I really had my satisfaction towards their cuisines. Brought my family to this restaurant last Saturday. I really enjoyed it and definitely will come back again to this place. Waitresses weren’t that friendly. Body gestures & facial expressions ain't that welcoming. I did upset a little but their foods were amazing. Maybe they should improve some more to provide a friendly service. Just my honest opinion.

Nice place to have a good dinner. Food is nice but the drinks are extremely sweet!! Maybe good for people who has a sweet tooth

I would rate 5 stars ⭐️ for the cleanliness! They didn’t only wipe the table after a customer went out, but also terus sapu the lantai. No wonder kedai bersih sangat! They wipe the table pun bersih. The food also me & husband LOVE! Mine was buttermilk chicken, and I would say this is one of the best I’ve ever had. Tak muak langsung. Just nice! Tempat lain ada yg manis or too milky for my tastebud. Here at Tuah Cafe, chef kiss 😚!

food and drink was really good. really love the ambiance here; it's such a cozy place to enjoy the food. the staff also really helpful when we have some sort of trouble to scan the qr code for ordering food. wishing you the best of luck for the future!
