I just placed an order earlier, and after I paid, I checked the receipt and saw that the order taken was incorrect. I then approached the staff who took my order, and she just nodded. But when my order was ready, I realized she still didn’t correct it to the right one.. say sorry or something at least 👎🏻😐

I would like to make a concern regarding my experience today when picking up my coffee. One of the staff members, Rita, was rude, raised her voice, and did not prepare the cup holder properly. I believe customers should be spoken to politely and respectfully. Additionally, the coffee quality was disappointing as it tasted watery and did not meet expectations. Overall, the service and product quality were below standard. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously for improvement.

superhuman barista. over 100 plus orders coming in, the 3 barista looks like they are dancing with fast flow. Calm and respectful responded to all customers in query. Kudos. Mighty respect for the barista tonight.
