Vietnam Coffee Republic Company

A cool mix of hip locals, young Korean nationals, and westerners. Their other location is located in the Japanese district a few mins away. This location has better outside seating than inside, which is a showroom with a nice Japanese inspired design aesthetic. The espresso based coffees are fairly good for Vietnam. They sell their beans here, as well as other coffee accessories. Relaxing music, not impossible to do some writing/reading here.

If you’re in Saigon Japanese Town, Vietnamese Coffee Republic is one of the please you should not miss out! Especially if you’re looking for a place to chill in the early morning. There’s parking slot for bike right in-front so you don’t have to walk anywhere. Smoking seats outsides with huge hand drawn graphic, higher table & seats indoor and on the coffee bar. There’s an elevator right outside so I suspect they have airbnb or hostel upstairs (if you’re interested!). Sophisticated menu with diverse coffee types, from basic Vietnamese Coffee to their signature coffee, such as “Old Fashioned” or “Cong Hoa Sua Da” (recommended). Best part, the service and their welcoming vibe is just a 10 out of 10!! Stop by if you have a chance! They also available on mobile apps.
