W PLACE | Pet-Friendly Cafe

Disappointing experience We waited more than 25mins for our order because the staff mistakenly served it to customers who came after us. I don’t mind waiting if the café is busy, but this kind of mistake should be avoidable. The hot latte only came more than 15mins after we paid, and it tasted very bland with poorly steamed milk. The curry chicken egg rice was just average, and the chicken on the waffle was dry and tasted like it had been re-fried too many times. Won’t be coming back

Been here many times and I love the vibe here. The atmosphere is quiet and chill, perfect for relaxing. The mala pasta is so delicious, you really should give it a try.

Being pet parents, we always look for pet friendly places to eat or hang out. Many pet friendly places allows pets at their outdoor dining area. Hence, we were pleasantly surprised that we can bring our pet in to the AC dining area. We had a chicken chop with veggie & chicken tenders on waffle. The chicken for both dishes were tender and moist. Much to my delight the Chicken chop came with a large portion of vegetable and along side a lemongrass sauce for the meat. I must say the sauce is very flavorful but a little salty. All in all a good and relaxing place to dine, esp if you like pets. Edit: complimentary unsweetened yogurt ice cream for pet. See pix

A very nice place for a simple gathering! The food is delicious as well. The drinks as well. The service is very good, kind and friendly.

There was a time when I hung out at Ara Damansara frequently as the sonny had volleyball practice nearby, giving us 2 hours to kill. The rejuvenated Ara Permata (what used to be a light industrial area) is full of F&B nowadays and many cafes have setup operations here. Visited W Place which is also a pet-friendly cafe (dog and cat owners rejoice!) to let the young ones enjoyed the lunch while escaping from the sweltering heat outside. ◾Mentaiko Fried Chicken Tenders - as the name suggested, it was tenderly deep fried and smothered with Mentaiko based cheese sauce. ◾Salmon Ochazuke - comfort food for the princess who love something soupy. Generous amount of bonito flakes, seaweed and salmon on top of a bed of rice. Umami goodness! ◾White Brew Sea Salt Cream - took a sip and it was too sweet for me but ngam her palate. Spot the 2 cute residence cats in the glass house.
