Great service. Did a nice tasting of 3 teas to help me choose my purchase. Bought some good Taiwanese high mountain oolongs. Very friendly service. They were extremely helpful in making my purchases travel protected.

Very accommodating to any level of tea appreciation enthusiast. Arrived and was greeted by staff, shown tea and asked which types I would like to experience. Had a tasting with multiple pours of each type of tea. Will return and try again

This place has impressive range of Chinese tea stocks from green tea to pu erh tea, with various price ranges to meet customers’ budget. It is on the high price, but great quality. If you have no idea about Chinese tea, don’t be shy to visit this place. You can ask them what you are looking for (including budget range), and they will recommend you.

It was truly an enjoyable tea shopping experience. The young lady that attended to me and my partner was so patient in explaining the different types of leaves and trying to understand our preferences. Never once was there a hint of hard selling nor impatience despite us taking quite awhile to decide. She invited us to sample the tea flavors we were deciding before we could conclude which ones to get. It was an eye opening for us when she walked through the tea preparation process with us. Everyone in the shop were friendly and warm. Definitely going to be returning customers!

My wife and I visited Wang San Yang to check out their tea ware. At two separate visits, we were well attended to by Shy Huey and Mun Wai respectively. Both have a good knowledge of their products. They did not upsell to us but instead, patiently explained their products so that we were better informed to make our purchase decision. We bought a Ruyao tea set as well as separate porcelain tea cups. The shop has a good range of tea ware and tea leaves, with an equally wide price range to suit different budgets.
