All the things they sell are divine, but the service is beyond terrible, the girl that was there didn't answer any of my questions, didn't help us at all and when I pay she took the money rudely and barely said a word. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Super super friendly staff. I didn’t buy moka pot because I just bought my bialetti a few months ago. Next time I will buy moka pot with italy 🇮🇹 colors.

🛑 Very disappointed with Bialetti moka pot (€100 model) I trusted the Bialetti name, but the experience was frustrating. The interior coating is difficult to clean, and residue builds up quickly. Even after careful use and gentle cleaning, the inside never looks clean. The outer finish started fading and changing color after just a few weeks. Coffee started tasting metallic, which is worrying for a high-priced item. I contacted support — their advice? Clean it with baking soda (which is abrasive) and “watch the temperature”, but they gave no specific guidelines. Honestly, this product isn’t worth the money. It looks great out of the box, but quickly loses quality. I expected better from Bialetti. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
