Community Brew

This has become my family’s favourite place for brunch. We’ve tried the steak sandwich, pasta, almond croissant and their hot drinks. They are all delectable! Our absolute favourite is the steak sandwich and hot matcha. The chef obviously puts his heart into the food. Best open faced steak sandwich I’ve had. Please keep it your good work and well done to the chef! Highly recommend 🥳

Very nice and calm space! Like I was in Mandai. Quite hard to find my way though. It's up the staircase after walking past the clinic. Big portions for the food and decent tasting! Coffee was good :) Reasonable prices. 4/5 for service since I barely interacted with the staff. But food was served quickly I guess. Saw a few ppl working there, quiet enough to have a good long chat and catch up in the North!

Great bagels. The chicken bagel was a great blend of flavours - tender chicken slices with a sweet and savoury sauce on a delicious bagel. Coffee was decent, with a nice view of greenery and the pool nearby. Quite spacious too!

My brother was confused by the dirty matcha, he says tastes like roasted seaweed but it is great 🤣 I like my whey protein banana shake, is ice blended. The food is amazing so we will try next time. Price like reasonable bistro. Pool view available, good privacy. Healthy food for gym goers as well. Very good cleanliness and sanitisation. I might become regular here. Impressed with the place, staff and community. 5/5 stars no drama.

First and foremost, a plus for all-in inclusive nett pricing, what you see is what you pay. Food wise, only we found the Smoked Salmon Bagel to be average, it's one where you can really do it yourself at home. A little more filling like perhaps lettuce would be more value adding and offset more of that overly saltiness smoked taste. Steak sandwich, Latte w Double expresso is the highlight and the most valued for money worth. Decent amount of meat w good cheese couples with sweet potato fries and a little lettuce. Truffle fries were decent, ketchup/chilli sauce available upon request. Latte w Double expresso for $5 is STRONNGGGG. Window view is nice with swimming pool. Minimum renovation with the bare roof and flooring but with good furniture and chair matching. Finally, CDC voucher payment available. Need to head to counter and inform cashier for payment upfront.
