Great experience from pre-sales, sales to aftersale from Highlander Coffee team. Pre sales - their whatsapp is very much accessible where you can communicate with them on the machine that you want. I have arranged a demo of lelit as it was one of the brand i was looking at. Their pricing is very much competetive vs those smaller shops/carousellers. They communicated very well with frequent updates about the ETA of your machine. Lastly, there was an issue with the machine and they will always be there to support you. Within the day or 2 they will be there to attend to your concern.

Attended the Professional Barista workshop - well structured, super comprehensive and picked up lots of useful tips! Plenty of hands-on and chance to brew espresso and try latte art! Kwok Li was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and super passionate. Highly recommend!
