via GoogleCorner Corner is easily one of my favourite cafe visits this year. The moment you walk in, the space feels like a modern take on a Japanese kissaten, with high ceilings, warm wooden shelves, and vinyls lining the walls. The cafe is run by two baristas, and the service was outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their coffee. I tried the Coffee of the Day ($6), served chilled on their recommendation. They were using a medium-dark roast, and the cup was bold, well-balanced, and refreshing for a hot afternoon. I also had the Choc Gateau ($8) and it was rich, not too sweet, and dense in the best way, melting smoothly with each bite. Paired with the light whipped cream, it was the perfect match for black coffee. Absolutely one of my fav spots with great coffee, great service, and great ambience. 📸 For more food reviews, check out @hangry.potatoo on instagram.

via GoogleFinally managed to try this place. It was either we were too early or we couldn’t stay around the area long enough to visit. They close at 3PM and we were arrived just around 2:30PM. The place is very cosy! Nice ambience and cool music. Staff were very friendly and service was quick! We had the hot hojicha and the cold brews. Was not in the mood for coffee but that would have been better with the cakes… maybe next time. Definitely a good place to chill!

via GoogleA lovely bar vibe where they serve coffee during the day and from late noon it becomes a drinking bar . Great coffee and you need to try their cold take on the different coffee concoction they came up with ..

via GoogleA business associate brought me to Corner Corner (Coffee Concept) at Duxton Road for a quick chat, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. From the outside it looks like just another café, but once you step in, the interior décor really stands out – stylish, cozy, and with that touch of sophistication that makes you want to linger a little longer. I ordered my usual iced black coffee, and the barista prepared it fresh right on the spot. The serving style caught me off guard in the best way – presented almost like a whisky, with a single large ice cube in the glass. It gave the drink a classy vibe, and the coffee itself was smooth, bold, and refreshing. What I really enjoyed was the ambience – warm lighting, thoughtful design, and a quiet charm that makes it perfect for both casual meetups and more serious conversations. It feels like a spot that pays attention not just to the coffee, but also to the overall experience. Definitely one of those cafés I wouldn’t mind coming back to on my own, whether to work a little, unwind, or just enjoy a well-made cup of coffee.

via GoogleI’ve visited Corner Corner as a bar (RPM by D. Bespoke) before it opened as a coffee during the day time. I’ve been wanting to come back because the vibe inside is just so amazing. I love the chairs, wooden tables and most of all the records and the music that they are playing! If you’re more into older music and older Japanese music you would definitely love here. But above all I must say their coffee really went well above my expectation. It’s so interesting that they use coffee beans from Taiwan because it indeed is rare, which at least to me (as a coffee lover) justifies the price of their filter. Their espresso drinks are great too but personally I’d go for their filter. It’s truly one of my favorites (after going to so many coffee shops in Singapore), that I had to go back two more times in that same month. Also a huge bonus because they are not very busy during the day as opposed to the bar at night, it’s more chill and cozy. P.S. their bar cocktails are pretty cool too
