honestly i love buying Gigi Coffee in Bertam bcs the coffee they make is so delicious and my favorite drink is ice mocha + oatmilk + chocolate drizzle. i think u guys need to try this n im pretty sure that u will fall in love. plus the staff (iskandar, ain and atikah are very friendly n sporting. i love it. also the environment here is very good n this outlet is very neat n clean. everyone should come here. i will be a regular customer i think hahaha

High quality coffee with exceptional service. They have 2 types of beans for you to choose from. Recommended for coffee lovers.

They got two type of beans here, and the staff explained the taste of each bean. Decided take the Indonesia bean cause it was the lowest acidity. Got a hot mocha and hot latte (both no sugar).

Staff is so kind and nice, drink is also good. Recommended

Gigi coffee @ lotus Bertam, always my go-to place to get drinks !! 🫶🏻 Staff kat sini provides a good service to customers and sangat friendly. First time trying the pastry with chocolate with hazelnut syrup..such a good combination.
