via Googlearound 9.45PM, when communicated with staff regarding the drinks I received a negative tone which didn’t expect since it is a new branch (because i see the ballons) I believe all the staff a poorly trained. It’s not just only the attitude of one staff but the others as well. When we entered the outlet, we received the glare instead of warm welcome. I hope the customer service will be improve so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
