Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse Roppongi

Usually when you’re in Japan you bump in with very nice people, the waitress in this cafe gave me a chocolate for free after I change my seat to give it to a family who where looking for a place to seat, I was a bit surprised but the chocolate was great if you like bitter chocolate this place is amazing

Don’t be fooled by the look of those desserts. Even though they’re beautiful, they tasted mediocre. The marron tart is super bland, no chestnut flavor whatsoever. The only thing I liked was the ice cream. Service is really bad as well. The waiter was not well trained, he didn’t know what he was doing. Totally not worth paying 4,000¥ for two so so desserts.

Very nice service, the vibe is good too but of course the main star is the chocolate. We had an afternoon tea set and one more dish. Everything tasted perfectly. Especially the macaron and the truffle chocolate. Everything had a chocolate in it but the chocolate is bitter, so you should not get sugar rush immediately. I don't kids would like it but adults should be able to enjoy the food. Tea that comes in the set afternoon tea is a free refill of course but also espresso is free refill. Very good deal.
