We had a great experience with local coffee and gained a lot of knowledge about different types and the process of coffee beans! ☕ The instructor Lyon was great and the hands-on experience, from grinding coffee beans to coffee making, was fun!
The host is very friendly and knowledgeable, starting the course with some intro on the different types of coffee beans. He also asked us what kind of coffee we like, and what we are looking for so that he could customise the workshop accordingly. Tried 5 different kinds of local Vietnamese coffee and wow, they all tasted great! Will definitely be trying out some of these recipes back home!
