Museo Correr Cafe

This is a place where you can enjoy exceptionally cheap and delicious coffee compared to other cafes in the square. It used to be Napoleon's office, and you can access it by going up to the museum entrance. Since it’s a small space, seats might not always be available (a museum ticket is not required). You’ll need to go through a security check upon entry, so don’t be surprised. Once inside, head to the second floor, and you’ll see it on the left.

I think this cafe is a hidden gem (for now..) it has a nice view, a beautiful interior and reasonable prices. A spritz for 6€ and coffee 3€. Spritz come with some chips which was also very nice. We came around 13:30 and were able to sit next to a window. It was not crowded. It is way better than the tourist traps around the square. I recommend it for a break. P.S. you can enter only to cafe without buying a museum ticket.

Great taste, best view of piazza, reasonable price and beautiful staffs with kindness. I enjoyed coffee and bread in the morning with all these and forgot to pay money. I came back 5hours later to appologize and pay for the food. The staffs greeted me with smile and kindness and I felt embraces from her. I want to say thank you again! And recommend here cuz not to mention their kindness, view price taste everything was perfect!

Great spot to grab a coffee with views to Piazza San Marco. If you are able to get one of the tables by the window it would probably be the best coffee spot in the piazza. The prices are really good considering the setting. You must go through a queue and security because it shares entrance with museum

A nice little caffe to grab a quick bite. There are many other restaurants we may have chosen if we had more time, but having a small window in which we could grab something to eat, this was a convenient option. The setting is pretty and being able to look out at San Marco Square was definitely the highlight. Food was okay, not the best but not the worst. Prices were high of course with it being inside the Museo Correr. Service was good, the staff were professional and easy to ask for anything. The prosciutto crudo e mozzarella di bufala, was excellent. The Spaghetti Alla Vongole was okay, clams were small and not many, the noodles were a bit hard and dry in places I suspect they were cooked ahead and left out for some time. The Gnocchi Alla Ragu was delicious although my son did say a few if the gnocchi were harder/chewy as well, in the bite I had they were soft. My husband enjoyed his tortellini. The grilled ham and cheese sandwich (panino prosciutto cotton e formaggio) was good and not a small size, for my 9 year old one half was a meal. The cappuccino and chocolate muffins were good.
