Matcha lover like me would need to try this. It’s 12 minutes walk from subway station. Closed on Tuesdays. The store has some seats outside of the air conditioned shop with fan. Given the hot weather the ice cream melts quickly. I order level 7 and level 6 ice cream and before I can identify the difference, they kind of melted with each other. They have a slight bitter taste and not too sweet so very good balance. The level 7 matcha has a price difference even though I’m not quite taste the difference. Both level 6 and 7 matcha ice cream are really good. As someone who love to have ice cream in cold weather, I imagine they would taste better in winter - at least I can take the time to taste the flavour.

I tried the Black Sesame and Matcha Gelato No. 7 (¥720). Both were very good and true to their flavors. The bitterness of the matcha was very subtle for me, but I might not be as sensitive to bitterness as other people. The ice cream has an icy texture. No line on a Saturday afternoon. There are seats outside, and you toss your cup and spoon inside once you are done eating.

Very good matcha green tea ice cream. Get number 7 matcha green tea, it is not as bitter as they make it seem. It is worth a taste. The brown roasted tea flavor is good too. Prices are reasonable.
