The Little House Vientiane

A cute little tea house hidden in the backstreets of the city centre. Enjoy the calm with a Laos’ tea there is a soothing activity away from the busy work.

This is a nice quant little tea house of the beating path, I actually walked bye it twice then I noticed the sign in the driveway. It fits maybe 15-20 ppl, I went there 2 days in a row and tried different tea, first was ice earl grey, the other was ice Japanese green tea. They were both to my liking. Always nice to try something new.

I used to come here every so often as I live close by, but the prices have become exorbitant for Lao standards. Their coffee is handcrafted with care, and will suit the palettes of those who like Japanese style coffee (dark roasted and strong). The establishment itself is very quiet, so suitable for working alone, but not for chitchat with friends - though there are a few seats in the garden where you can do so.
